Not too impressed. For the first time I did not want to take a to go plate because the BBQ chicken burger was sloppy, lettuce looked like it was just thrown in the burger, bread was all soggy and half of the bottom part of my bread was missing. Normally the fries come really salty so I asked for no seasoning. Beers had ice in them?? Their getting careless with the quality of their food. Sucks because me and my family used to like this place. Not anymore.. It's on our no to go to restaurant list now.

Never having been here until last night, I won't feel bad not returning. We were seated and waited and watched the staff BS, chat, and not do much of anything. One or two were actually serving but alas, no one came to wait on us. When my dining mate went to the hostess who couldn't remember she even sat us down. Our waitress finally came running up, indicating that she had been back in the kitchen though I could swear she was one of the staff chatting, but perhaps I could be wrong. She did redeem herself in the end and we enjoyed her service. However, this place is heavy handed with the salt. The shrimp were way over salted as was the rice. I appreciate the place for what it is for but it is not for me.

Great place to eat. Peanuts are served for free and you just throw the shells on the floor, which our 7 years old granddaughter enjoyed. Service was awesome and I don't usually tip over 20% but it was so good we tipped 30%. Good food too. My wife loves catfish and said that was the same as the best in Kentucky. Very friendly people.

Best ribeye and sirloin I've ever had! Even their kids' sliders are delicious!! I get their sweet potato & green beans for my side (a little salty btw but still good). The Service is hit or miss during peak hours... Oh, the bread they serve as complimentary is soo sweet, soft & delicious. Decent price for the quality of the food.

Alright, so don't get a burger here. I'm a fan of their sirloins-why? I can get a steak and two sides for roughly, about what I would spend if I'd bought them myself. The other chain, near Target, charges twice as much and the steak isn't really comparable. Plus, they have some healthy options for sides like broccoli, steamed vegetables, and baked sweet potatoes. The steaks are usually cooked properly and service is always great. -just dodge the hostesses and sit in the bar area, and you should enjoy your visit

The food here is always.great!!! I love their bread and they don't mind bringing you more of it. The steaks are always juicy and I have never had a bad one. They also have boneless buffalo wings that will make you slap your mama. I'm serious. The service differs. We once had a waitress who was too busy flirting with the guys at the table next to us to care about how our meal was going. I am big on service, so bad service will turn me off in a heartbeat. I've had waitresses that make you feel like they love there job and whatever you need they will make it happen. The steaks keep me coming back.

The Toadhouse used to be a fav of our family, but the last two times we have eaten here, the food was not good at all. We used to go at least one time per week, now we go seldom if ever. The chicken is awful. The rolls have been cold a over baked each time. Not impressed any longer. Outback Steakhouse here we come. There upholstery on their booth seats look cheesy. Must be done by a non professional. I give 2 stars because their staff has always been friendly.

This place manages to mix two of my least favorite things: 1) Over-priced and mediocre food, and 2) Loud, rude rednecks. Service is alright, food is too. It's simply too loud and too inconsistent for me to justify anything higher than two stars.

I'm visiting friends in Sierra Vista and they go to this restaurant quite often. However, they were nervous about taking me there as I'm quite allergic to MSG. If you don't know what that is, I'd highly recommend looking in to it as it can cause all kinds of side effects including severe headaches, restless leg syndrome, etc. I just said that usually I can ask for a steak without all the spices, a baked potato and steamed veggies. So we go and I ask tell the waitress I'm VERY allergic to MSG. She immediately got concerned and said she didn't know what on the menu I could safely eat. Okay. I ask for a 6 oz sirloin steak with only salt, pepper, garlic and nothing else. My sides were a sweet potato and the steamed vegetables served with no butter, as she was worried that the butter sauce they use might have MSG added. My friends warned me to ask for the steak more done than I would have wanted it, as the restaurant tends to cook the steak less than what you ask for. I wanted medium, so I told her that I wanted only pink - no red in the middle. When it arrived it was not shoe leather, but it wasn't tasty either. The sweet potato was the best of the meal, s the steamed plain vegetables were cooked just fine, but had no flavor. Something did give me a minor headache, so I'm not sure if the cooks didn't listen to the request for only basic simply flavorings or what. I do know that I will not be returning if I cannot trust that the staff can deliver an order with clear instructions, or for the cooks to pay attention. I did find the restaurant clean and the service was prompt. I did eat one of the rolls (no butter) and it was quite tasty. Those are pretty much the only reasons for a one star review. If it had been based solely on the food taste and quality, I would have left a 0 star, if that's even possible. Sadly, this restaurant joins the other chains that I simply cannot eat at. Indeed, Applebee's management at one location told me the only safe thing was Iced Tea. Really? What happened to cooking without all the bad chemicals and flavor additives? I hope you'll start choosing restaurants that may cost more but put in the effort to know what their ingredients are and choose to stay away from the easy way to flavor foods. If we don't start voting with our money, the restaurants are simply not going to change their ways!

Great experience. Fresh steaks, yummy margaritas, and great staff make this one of the top Texas Roadhouse restaurants I've been to so far.

Great food, garbage hostesses and phone staff. Twice now this location has been so poor at the onset that I've taken my business to another venue. First was when I took my wife while she was on vacation, this latest time I was waiting on the phone to place an order for more than 10 minutes while they "went to find the to go girl" before I hung up. Food is very good so they get 2 stars. Give your cooks a raise and replace your hostesses. Phone call was at 8:20pm on 20 July 2015

I haven't been to TRH in quite a few years but we have a friend who RaVEs about it so thought we would try it. My husband ordered the Prime Rib and loaded baked potato....was perfect!! I ordered the steak kabob, med rare with rice and a salad. Not so good... I would have thought thick cuts of steak/veggies on a skewer. Nope- chopped steak which was well done. The sauce on it all was also funky--- VERY vinegar-y. I asked our server to remove it from our bill and she was very understandable to do so and asked for my new order... No questions asked. THANK YOU TRH! I hate it when a restaurant feels they need to ask 20 questions why I want to return a dish. The manager came over to inquire as well. We will be back for the service and the prime rib. Our service was fantastic!! Thank you Alexis (hope I spelled that correctly!) and the blonde bartender (sorry I didn't catch your name).

We had the cactus blossom and split a full rack of ribs. The food was sooooo good. Ribs literally (and I mean literally) fell off the bone. It was fantastic!

We go to Texas Roadhouse at least 3x a month and my husband usually ends up there with his team of 6-8 at least 2x a month for lunch. Looks like they need a time out for a while from our dining rotation. My husband got the prime rib. It was cooked well, but had some sort of fake smoke flavoring that he didn't care for. Other than that it was fine. Perhaps this was just a really bad day for them. I know it was really a bad day for me, so my husband wanted to take me somewhere for dinner. I got my usual steak salad. Ordered it medium (which is medium rare most places) which is how I always order it. Got the steak -- it was well done/shoe leather. Sent it back, asked for medium. Got another round of well done. When I told the waitress this was well done again (no pink) she said cut into the slices and you will see it is medium -- when she got the 2nd round it was very rare, so she the cook them to take it to medium -- It wasn't medium, it was well done once again and tasteless and not worth eating. By then I was tired of being there and not trusting that it wouldn't happen 3rd time -- so I just asked for a box because my FIL will eat anything and went home and gave it to him. When the waitress came with the check, she asked if the manager had been by. I figured we'd see him soon, so we waiting another 10-15 minutes and nothing. I left a note explaining what had happened with my phone number and if they didn't want to talk to me, I would be happy to talk to Yelp - so here I am. :::::update:::::: Got a phone call from the manager the next evening as I had left a note with my phone number -- she apologized for not getting back to me fast enough asked for our home address so that she could 'make it right'...Good job, TRH

Went to the bar an hour before they closed. The bartender was nice. Food was regular. Many TVs to watch whatever is going on. They started closing about 30 minutes before the place closed. Felt like I was in their way rather than a customer.

Meeeaaaat, and cinnamon butter, and peanuts on the floor. This place is great and doesn't need much more explanation. It's not a cheap chain, but you get what you pay for. The roommate and I shared the 20 oz. ribeye and there was plenty to go around. The yummy sides make a good addition. Service was nice, but nothing special. I'd go back. Definitely bring your appetite for this one.

We had Texas Roadhouse cater for a party. We ordered food for 35 people. Had three meats- ribs, pulled pork, and chicken- with 2 sides green beans, and mashed potatoes. And of course their rolls with cinnamon butter!!! The food was delivered early and piping hot. The ribs were perfectly cooked and not over sauced. The pulled pork and chicken were great and plenty of each. Love their mashed potatoes, with the skins just right consistency for adding the gravy. What's not to love green beans with BACON! Total experience was great and easy to order. Would definitely recommend and would do again.

Went here with my family of six for the first time the other night. Now, our waitress was wonderful. She was kind, and very eager to fix what the kitchen messed up. They messed up our salad orders, cooked the steaks wrong, waited until moments before our food was supposed to come out to tell one of our party that they were out of what she had ordered, brought wrong sides with the meals, and then two people got sick. The manager and waitress were very apologetic and quick to try to fix the problem, but it was a very unpleasant visit for most of our party.

The ribs here are reliably delicious. I know this not only because I sampled their smoky richness, but because this is my partner's go-to ribs place where he rewards himself after a race. Be in the mood for hoe-down, peanut-shell, line-dance rowdiness, buttery homemade rolls, and rich sides. I imagine the corporate powers-that-be require strict dance lessons for its young, fresh-faced staff on weekends, but for a little bit of corporate Disneyfication, your satisfaction is pretty much guaranteed.

EDIT: This was originally a 2-star review. Since the incident, I contacted Texas Roadhouse, but received NO REPLY WHATSOEVER, not even a note confirming receipt. That is unacceptable. Therefore this review has been downgraded to 1 star. I've gone to Texas Roadhouse several times over the years, and it's a total hit or miss. On one occasion my country fried steak was burnt so badly that it crumbled every time I tried to cut it. Same thing with my husband's rack of ribs on another occasion. Sometimes there is good service and sometimes it's terrible. I've steered clear of the restaurant for the last year or so. I'd rather eat at a more consistent restaurant. This week, however, our 3 older kids all brought home Texas Roadhouse free kids' meal coupons from school. The coupons specified that they could only be used in conjunction with the purchase of an adult entree, so we elected to use the three coupons, order entrees for us parents, and order a third adult entree for our youngest son. When we arrived, we were told that only one coupon was permitted PER TABLE. Fortunately our waiter, seeing that there was no specific mention of this restriction on the coupon, spoke to his manager and got us a one-time exception. That is the only reason I'm not leaving a one-star review- for the graciousness of the manager and our waiter on this occasion. We didn't ask for the coupons. Nobody is forcing Texas Roadhouse to give out these coupons. It's greedy to deny sibling groups the chance to redeem their coupons together- and since Texas Roadhouse is guaranteed at least one adult entree per kids' meal coupon, I find the "one coupon per table" rule absolutely ridiculous. Texas Roadhouse should be ashamed of themselves. The food and service was already woefully inconsistent, but with this pathetic coupon rule, they've now guaranteed that our family of six will not be returning.

My favorite place to go in this town. From their bread and butter, the ribs, the pork chops with the peppered sauce to their frozen margaritas!! I love this place and my kids do too! Never had any of the desserts :/ never have enough room for it. Oh and hard to find in this town, GREAT SERVICE!

Okay, so for me writing reviews on chain restaurants is always weird because it's a chain right? It's always what's expected, so here we are. For Sierra Vista, this is my favorite restaurant in town. I'm not going to lie, it's not hard to please given it's Sierra Vista, but this just isn't a town you go to for good food. Sorry Sierra Vista lovers. Anyway, while visiting my grandpa, my family and I found ourselves here. It is in the same strip that our hotel is and right across from the mall, so we can always walk there, and are always pleased with the food. Our service has always been great, and their bread with that sugary butter! Hello, yes please!! For dinner I had the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly - several places don't actually stick to what they say is medium, or medium rare plus in my case, especially amongst chains. They nailed it. My cut of meat was lean, tender, and juicy. For my sides I had a salad and the green beans. My parents also had steak, but to be quite honest I can't remember which ones. Bottom line, everyone was pleased. The only thing I wish was a little bit better was the wine selection... I mean they could at least put a Blackstone Merlot on the list, after-all I'm eating a steak.

My first experience with Texas Roadhouse was Sat. evening 4/6/13. We went there because Daisy Mae's was closed and I really wanted bar-b-q ribs. Well the menu said that they were "fall off the bone tender". That sounded very good so I ordered them. I also ordered the baked potato and Caesar salad. The salad came out first. It was quite good. Then after a bit out came the ribs. Blackened/burnt would best describe them. Tender, no way I had to use a steak knife to even cut between the robs. The meat was tough, dry, burnt and HARD. The hostess came by and asked how things were and I told her they were tough. She offered to cook up a second set and I said O.K. Well the second set of ribs was almost as bad as the first. Tough (need a knife to cut them), dry and yes still burnt. In addition to that the potato was way over cooked. The potato stuck to the skin and hard. Well maybe something else may be good here, but it certainly not the "FALL OFF THE BONE RIBS"!

I've been to a few TR's in the past. Nothing out of the norm here. The food was great. The bar was fun and loaded with TVs so we could watch some football. We will be going back to this one to sit down and eat dinner so we can give it a more solid review.

I've never had a bad meal here. Their warm rolls with cinnamon butter are absolutely delicious. I always get a steak because it's Texas Roadhouse. It is always cooked medium well just like I like it. You definitely get what you pay for. They have these huge margaritas that are fairly cheap, at most $7 with upgrades. Definitely do call ahead seating. We do it on our way there and have never waited more than 5 minutes.

Great service and moderate portions for the price. I eat at this location everytime I visit Sierra Vista. I will definitely visit again in the near future. Thanks Kassandra for the superb service and fun attitude.

We go to roadhouse on just about every date night we get. The country fried chicken and steak are amazing. Everytime we go in we make sure to get t - bone as our server. He is amazing, after the first couple times he knew what we drink and I had my drink on the table before I even took my jacket off and we don't even go in very often due to busy schedules. The fact that he makes small talk with us but also makes sure we get the best service is what makes me always want to go back and ask for him.

Decent steaks, BBQ was not bad either, lots to eat with a couple sides and salad plus the delicious warm bread with cinnamon butter. Add peanuts and good brews, a good place for a solid meal.

Oh Roadhouse, how I wish you were like the ones NOT in Arizona. I can come in this TX Roadhouse everyday for a week and get a meal comp'd for crappy food and/or service then show up the next day to get the best meal/service in Sierra Vista. So yeah, it's not consistent. The good news is they have a new General Manager. Now I've been going to this place for a few years and the big difference with the food consistency, according to my waitress one day, was the cooks. I had the most amazing steak one night and had a horrible one a few nights prior. Being there TDY during those visits, I could eat and drink there often and walk back to the hotel. I go with the family because it is a place we can get out and the fam can get something different. Something else I personally don't like is the dancing and loud noise. Especially if my server is barely paying attention to the table, the last thing I want is to only see my waitress line dancing. If I had it my way, I would just spend my $60 (i have 3 kids) on a baller slab of Ribeye or NY Strip and cut then grill myself, maybe I'm cheap.

I went to Texas Roadhouse the first day I moved here in Nov 2011 for lunch. They accommodated my son's dietary needs perfectly and respected my wishes for no peanuts or bread at our table. Since then I've gone back about 5-6 times, service is always good, except on Veteran's day, but they gave us a coupon for a free appetizer when they forgot to put our order in that night. They were very busy even though the Veteran's Day specials were on the day before. The food was still cooked well and again, I'm never disappointed with my order or the service. I will eat here before anywhere else in town because I love a good steak and a margarita and the staff is usually prompt and friendly. That and they serve foods my son can eat without allergic reactions or contamination from allergens.

My friends seem to love the food here. It's alright, nothing great or special. Maybe I just haven't found the right dish. I do love that my kids really enjoy this place. Any excuse to throw peanut shells on the floor. They just go nuts for that! 5 stars for service! Thank you Lauren for a very enjoyable Mother's Day!

I have to say this is not a bad choice at all. Steak is thick and juicy. Service is great with "cute female" waitress. Don't get the guy. We are sitting at the old rock n roll type of booth. I will go back again. Price is actually cheaper than the other two long time local steakhouse. I found this one is better, good price and easy to park because right next to the mall.

This is a chain joint that is supposed to deliver consistent, if average, quality. I have been here several times and have been surprised. Oddly, the steaks are not that good. But I have had a really good burger, an outstanding chicken sandwich and a terrific pork chop recently. They are the best chain restaurant in this town. I have been seated promptly, waited on well and generally very satisfied with TR. Only the loud country music keeps me from a higher rating. they kept the (really) loud country music, but the food has taken a real turn for the worst. My last two visits have simply been bad. You can tell when you are eating more of the free peanuts than your meal.

I thought we were getting into 'another cheese American restaurant'....and OH! surprise YES WE WERE!....BUT A GOOD ONE. We overpass this one thinking that it was like Classic Applebees or Chillies something like that....and amazingly the food is way better here! big portions, FULL flavor and great prices. That was the first time my husband was not able to finish the hamburger! first time in over 10 years that I've seen him order hamburger everywhere!...that set a benchmark in my eating life I must state!.... Loud, informal, busy, peanut shells everywhere, are worth the food and flavor! I SAY YES TO THE STAKE! :)

Sadly, this restaurant has gone to depths that I could not deem possible. Today I went to lunch with several co-workers and was more disappointed than I was in October. The first issue was when a co-worker called to let TR know that we had a large party of 10 and we were told "we won't take reservations". No problem, we completely understand. We asked if we could arrive a few minutes earlier than the rest of our party and have two tables pushed together. Again, the manager was incredibly rude and said "No, we are too busy and you cannot sit until at least the majority of your party is there. That is our policy". Alright.. I get it, we get it, the place must be incredibly busy for lunch. NOPE.. not even close. Four of us arrive for lunch and then the 5th shows up about 5 minutes later. The hostess (who was awesome) tells us that she will seat us with at least half our party arrives (even though at that point we had half we still had to wait). I go to use the restroom while I am waiting and I almost DIE. The women's bathroom was so rancid that I gagged several times. I should have known as I watched a few people walk out as I was walking in and each person looked green. At first the smell was terrible but soon grew so unreal that I thought they had hid a dead body in one of the stalls. Nope, they had used a completely rancid mop and old mop water (which smelled like spoiled coleslaw, dead body and onion) to clean the floor in the bathroom. Plus the "wet floor" sign kind of told us what was going on. A co-worker informed one of the staff about the bathroom and the response was "Really? Is it that bad?"... Seriously? Holy hell! I used to work for this County's Health Department and I should have known better than to stay there. Instead, we all stayed and ordered. All I could think about was "if the bathroom smelled that bad what the hell are they doing in the kitchen. They finally sat us but they would not put two tables together. Instead we had a nice 3 foot gap between our party- 4 on one side and 6 on the other. Suffice it to say, it took more than 30 minutes to get our food (and BTW, most TR's have a gluten free menu but not this one) and even longer to get our checks. We thought they must have been slammed, but nope, they had decided to close off most of the place and seat everyone in one tiny area. The food was "ok" but what happened later let us all know that the bathroom cleanup must have been to the same standard as the entire restaurant. Several people ordered hamburgers, some ordered fish and some chicken. What we all had in common was either having a salad or lettuce / tomato on the burgers. Within an hour everyone started to feel like crap- bloated, stomach issues and sadly.... Vomiting / diarrhea. At first I thought it was me because maybe something got contaminated since I can't have wheat, but NOPE, it was pretty much everyone. Damn TR in Sierra Vista, you need to clean up your act. There is a HUGE reason why Applebee's (which is not that good) and Jack in the Box, has more people in their place than you. Yuck! If I could give you zero stars I would.

Great place to dine and watch people. The BBQ Ribs was verry good by Nancy's remarks and my Salid had good presentation and flavor. I had the BBQ chicken and was good as well. The BBQ sause at this place is the key to it's fine flavor. Don't miss it! The service was good and professional. Our glasses were always full and the peanits are good as well.

First off the bar is one of the best in town. My girl got one of those frozen margaritas. So good!!! She is telling me they are the best in town. The bartenders are super chill! They always seem to make time to say something to you no matter how many people are at the bar or how many drink orders are poppin up Love the fact that you can just through your peanut shells onto the floor. Just quick tip if your a peanut lover like myself. Peanuts fill you up. So don't try and eat half the can before your food is out. Same goes with that soft warm bread they give you :) Now onto food. I was very skeptical about eating here just because I've had a few bad choices of dining for tex-Mex food. (chilis for example here in this town doesn't compare to Texas roadhouse) I got a huge juicy steak cooked just the way i wanted it. Its kinda insulting to the chef if you need to use A1 sauce with your steak. At least thats how i see it. with some of the best mashed potatoes I've had at a restaurant. Steak Fries are always a plus to dip in your mashed potatoes :) my food was so good And they give you a huge portion of food. Almost to the point where I had to chill out so I could finish my huge glass of beer. :) defiantly coming back

SHAME ON YOU, Texas Roadhouse. Veterans Day 2012: Went for dinner, asked about Veteran's Day specials. Server said no because they were doing that the following day, which is not Veteran's Day. We asked if she would ask the manager since I have to travel for a TDY the day after Veterans Day, and also worked on actual Veteran's Day. She refused to even ask the manager. We decided to go to Applebee's. They were very nice. Not a smart move in a military town, Texas Roadhouse. Word travels quickly.

Has teh pulled-pork with salad and loaded baked potatoe. Food was good. Waitress could've been more attentive and professional. Okay since it wasn't crowded (1130ish). Hate this place with a crowd...way to LOUD!

A nice change of pace from the usual steakhouse chain. Been to the Texas Roadhouse in Tracy, CA but had not reviewed. This one was as friendly as the other. Amanda chatted us up as she showed us to our table. WIll was our server also was very friendly and personable. The kitchen seemed a little slow but ribs were delicious and the catfish was okay. Reminder to self, do not order fish at a steak restaurant and do not order steak at a fish restaurant. Love the complimentary signature biscuits and will definately visit another location soon. Hee -Haw !

I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with added mushroom yesterday for lunch. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive, but the cooks weren't as such. The buns and bacon were burnt to the point it almost masked the real flavor of the burger. I've eaten at several Texas Roadhouse restaurants over the years and I know as a customer you can ask for another meal to replace one that isn't done right or up to your expectations. I just didn't have the time to wait since the meal was during my lunch hour. Most of the negative reviews here are from new customers or those who really don't know what to expect at a restaurant like this. As a paying customer you have rights. If the food is bad, send it back and request a replacement meal. If it comes back again the same poor quality as the first, then you have a legit reason to complain about the food. If the wait staff isn't doing their job, contact the manager and let him or her know what's going on. Most times the manager will either comp you the meal or offer something free to make up for your troubles. One must realize that when reading these reviews, one must read several experiences to get an average feel of what to expect at a place like this. Despite my negative experience yesterday, I'll still be a retuning customer because I know everyone has an off day!

It is definitely a great place to eat with friends and family. The atmosphere is nice and they give you unlimited amounts of peanuts and bread. I had their pulled pork and bbq chicken. They were both tasty and the bill came out to be about $14. I would like to try their ribs next time.

Service was great! Dinner rolls and cinnamon butter were sinfully good and filling. Portions were large, and prices were competitive to other chains. With all that said, steaks were a bit salty.

I dislike peanuts, and I hate the fact that there are shells on the ground.... However, this place probably has a little more personality than most places in town. From crackling on peanut shells as you walk in, to watching the servers getting some line-dancing in, this place isn't too bad. The food isn't awful either, and it's more affordable than Outback. Their prime rib DOES come with fresh horseradish, and their complimentary bread with an accompanied cinnamon butter is pretty tasty if you're into sweet bread that makes you fat just looking at it.

My boyfriend's mom suggested Texas Roadhouse when my family came to visit and we had a blast! Be prepared to yell to the person next to you (and if you want to yell across the table, forget it. It's too loud!) because this restaurant is REALLY noisy. It's a fantastic place and one of those places in SV where I can guarantee you that you'll have a good time. Their steaks taste like heaven and if, for some reason, you don't want a steak they have great salads. The portions are huge, so there's almost always something to take home. If you're in for endless peanuts (which they don't mind you taking home), good food, and friendly waiters/waitresses with good personalities then check this place out! Oh, and their cinnamon honey butter on hot biscuits is AMAZING. You can smell them cooking from outside.

Cheweed a plastic wrapper in the house salad....Manager took 20 off the bill...but still it doesn't fix the plastic wrapper

Great customer service in the bar area. I've never sat in the other part of the resturant. David, the bartender, is so friendly and kind to me and the kiddo. Love this place.

While visiting the fam recently we went here to satisfy my steak craving. I had never been to one before or really even heard of it. The food was pretty good. I got some cut of steak (I've already forgotten) and a baked potato and salad. The salad was your basic restaurant style... lettuce, tomatoes, no croutons for the wheat intolerant. Ranch dressing. The steak was really good. I thought it was tasty and juicy and just right. The baked potato could have used a little more butter. I'm not crazy about butter the way a friend of mine is, but they were a little skimpy I think. But I did enjoy the peanuts - even if I didn't throw them on the ground. SOMEBODY has to pick that up eventually. You can't just be all willy nilly about that. :) I wasn't that impressed by the volume of the music and I was annoyed that the hostesses couldn't seat us because they were in the middle of their dance routine which seemed to go on forever. By the time they were done there were about 4 groups piled up to be seated. I don't know what that was about. All in all, pretty good and I'll probably go back if I'm in town again some time.

I had low expectations going in to this place, but I was pleasantly suprised. My cowboy steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. The loaded baked potato was great, and the ceasar salad wasn't horrible for a steak chain. Our waiter also did a great job handling a big table of thirsty cyclists.

Good steak, good ribs, good chili, sides were ok, good menu selection, main courses were cooked perfectly, good portions, decent prices. Place was busy, seated immediately, fast friendly service, didn't have to wait long at all for our food. Very well-run restaurant.

A-MAZING ribs. The automated "call-ahead" reservation hotline mentions they're famous for their ribs so I undoubtedly had to try them, I can't usually dismiss the house recommendation! They had great flavor and literally fell off the bone as you picked them up to get a bite. Messy, but what good BBQ isn't?? The service was great too, very friendly and on-point with drinks. They kept our free peanut bucket full of fresh nuts! We even got a great story from the server about how a lady put the entire bucket of nuts, including the bucket, in to her extra large purse! Come to find out, they hand out free bags of peanuts to anyone that wants them! Good value, good service, great ribs and strong margs. I'll go back because they don't have them in my area of CA, but I guess they're popular in other states. Unfortunately I will be heading back to Sierra Vista/Ft Huachuca pretty soon. Fortunately, every food establishment I went to in Sierra Vista had superb customer service, the complete opposite of the kids that work here in SoCal with their "what do you want, OMG, you're actually gonna make me do my job" attitudes. I guess I'll have to try something else next time I'm at Texas Roadhouse, but I'm feeling awfully partial to their ribs now. Anyone have the low-down on their burgers?

Went today for a steak and was not disappointed. Service was quick, friendly and competent. Most importantly, my ribeye was perfectly cooked and delicious. Ambience and atmosphere was typical of a chain steakhouse, but not at all unpleasant. I will definitely eat here again. I'm not sure what annoyed some of the reviewers who gave poor ratings. This is not a Ruth's Chris, so you shouldn't expect a prime steak for 15 bucks. What you get is a decent steak for a good price, and I was very happy with my experience..

This place really surprised me. The atmosphere was noisy but fun and entertaining. Every so often the waitresses line up and do a line dance. It's cute. The food was tasty with something for everyone even vegetarians. Too much cheese on the cheese fries. It was overwhelming. I would go back though.

I am in love with the bread and cinnamon butter here. The first time I ate at this restaurant was in San Antonio, Texas 2 years ago. The food was awesome, and the sweet as sugar waitresses were unforgettable. As a California girl, it's really nice to see girls like this. Anyways, this time around, my bf and I got the rattlesnake bites (cream cheese and chopped up jalapenos in fried balls), baby blossom (like the bloomin onion at outback steakhouse - fried onion blossom with cajun horseradish sauce), and a combo of ribs and pulled pork with 2 sides (chili and steak fries), The baby blossom (3.99) was okay...most people love this dish, such as my bf, but it's a bit too greasy for me. I LOVE jalapeno poppers so i loved the rattlesnake bites (4.99). The chili from the combo was ..SMOKY...and weird. I have never tasted chili like this, and i did not like it. The pulled pork was the best I have ever had. I have never had pulled pork I have liked either. Definitely get this! The ribs were okay. The meat was tender and fell off the bone. Not enough meat or sauce though for the ribs. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody. The service here is always great...they do get busy, so the waitresses might not be the best.. but they are sweet and charismatic.

I ordered the veggie plate and was surprised that the green beans were served with bacon on them. The server apologized and brought me rice instead. My husband ordered his steak medium rare, and it was more rare than rare! Also, we received our fried pickles appetizer AFTER our dinner arrived. The worst was the black mold ring in the toilet bowl in the ladies' room. You can really tell a lot about a place by the cleanliness of their bathroom. Probably won't be going back any time soon. Big disappointment, since we spent over $60. My hubby blamed it on "Monday night cooks."

Nothing too great, nothing too bad. The fresh buns with cinnamon butter is a nice way to start the meal but it certainly fills you up even before you start on your meal! Lucky or unlucky for me the food took over 25 minutes to arrive. I ordered the grilled salmon with fresh vegetables and steak fries. The salmon was dry :( but everything was fine.

For the last three weeks I've hit Texas Roadhouse at least once during their $8.99 specials and I have to say it's been very consistent. Good, fast and personable service. Food preparation also consistent - amount, timeliness, freshness, & rightfully made to my asking. I was a filet eater, but then again, their sirloin is just as good and just as tender.... You cannot beat the price! Beat the crowds, come in within the first thirty minutes of opening, after that... Good luck. Enjoy!

  • Allison C.

Been here several times and not disappointed each visit. Food is plentiful and tasty. Usually get two meals out of each order. Had the early bird sirloin steak with salad and baked potato, missus ordered the chickenfried steak with greenbeans and mashed potatoes. Good stuff.

  • Alex V.

This was my first experience here and it was great. I sat at the bar, had a beer and that awesome bread with cinnamon butter. I would recommend the dinner specials, specially the sirloin with potatoes and rice. It was prepared medium as asked and the service was great. The girls at the bar are very sweet.

    (2)
  • Shawn G.

This place manages to mix two of my least favorite things: 1) Over-priced and mediocre food, and 2) Loud, rude rednecks. Service is alright, food is too. It's simply too loud and too inconsistent for me to justify anything higher than two stars.

  • Sks J.

    (2)
  • Sam K.

  • Khristine T.

    (4)
  • Cristina L.

    (4)
  • Jacqueline M.

Bar tender was nice, but forgot our blooming onion and the steak was kinda dry but other than that it was good.

Hee -Haw !

Great food every time, but the high noise levels come with it. Not the place to go to eat and relax.

Good luck. Enjoy!

Been here several times and not disappointed each visit. Food is plentiful and tasty. Usually get two meals out of each order. Had the early bird sirloin steak with salad and baked potato, missus ordered the chickenfried steak with greenbeans and mashed potatoes. Good stuff.

This was my first experience here and it was great. I sat at the bar, had a beer and that awesome bread with cinnamon butter. I would recommend the dinner specials, specially the sirloin with potatoes and rice. It was prepared medium as asked and the service was great. The girls at the bar are very sweet.
